Thermally Modified wood products are very popular for good reason. Our Thermally Modified Hemlock also known as “Modlock” has been through a natural, non-toxic process that basically cooks the wood. This process removes organic compounds from the wood cells, so it will not absorb water, expand, contract, or provide food for insects and fungi. “Modlock” is extremely stable and weather resistant. We mill and texture the wood to your specification and provide a beautiful finish from a wide selection of colors.

No other real wood siding product has the history, sustainability, performance, and value of Western Red Cedar! We take quality Western Red Cedar and mill to your specifications. We then wire brush the face to bring out the rustic beauty of the cedar and to give the finish a nice surface to adhere to. Next is a quality finish from a wide selection to match any design.
New Age ACCOYA
Accoya is an excellent modified wood product made from Radiata Pine. The boards undergo a modification process known as Acetylation. This process turns the Radiata Pine into a hardwood by preventing the wood cells from absorbing water. This process makes the wood extremely stable and durable. This amazing line of wood siding is pressure impregnated with Exterior Fire-X, then kiln dried for the highest level of performance available. We are currently offering Select Tight Knot Western Red Cedar in rough sawn 1×6 T&G with nickel gap, and Thermally Modified Hemlock in smooth 1×6 T&G with nickel gap.
