New Age brings together six carefully selected substrates:  Accoya, Thermally Modified Hemlock (CVG and CMG), STK Cedar, and Clear Hemlock – all chosen for their stability, appearance, and performance. Each product is textured with intent, whether that’s brushing to highlight grain or 24-grit sanding to achieve a raw, matte surface. Our textures are not just aesthetic choices, they’re functional decisions that impact color absorption, maintenance, and visual consistency across an entire elevation.

What sets New Age apart is our finishing system.We use a two-coat application of Sansin Precision SDF, one of the most advanced water-borne wood protection systems on the market. It penetrates deeply, bonds with the wood fiber, and provides long-term durability against UV, moisture, and environmental stress, all while keeping the natural grain visible. Our New Age Finishes give architects a refined, consistent look and give builders the peace of mind that it’s ready for install right off the truck.

We also offer pressure-impregnated fire-treated siding in both STK Cedar and Thermally Modified Hemlock. These products meet Class A flame spread ratings and WUI compliance, and unlike topical coatings, the treatment penetrates deep into the wood, ensuring lasting performance without compromising appearance or texture.
